Dynamic - the official term for any established BDSM relationship were there is some form of power exchange. This can be dominant & submissive, master & slave, pet & owner, or any other relationship where the balance of power has been agreed upon.

Often, when discussing a BDSM relationship, kinksers will talk about the dynamic to describe their roles of power and submission. Unlike a more temporary relationship (like a one night stand), a dynamic tends to be a more established relationship between these kinksters. It doesn't need to be a long term relationship, but it tends to establish set roles between people who see each other regularly.
